• - Ghana Post digital address (should be same as on your Ghana card) OR
• - Utility bill in applicant's name (not more than 3 months old) OR

Proof of employment (for only salaried applicants) evidenced by:

• - Payslip (not more than 3 months old) OR
• - Employment contract OR

Valid passport (bio data page) or Ghana Card (front and back)

Address confirmation (any of the following):

• - Utility bill in applicant's name (not more than 3 months old) OR
• - Social Security statement OR
• - State ID with applicant's address OR
• - Driver's license with applicant's address OR

proof of employment (for only salaried applicants) evidenced by:

• - Payslip (not more than 3 months old) OR
• - Employment contract OR

• - Lawyer OR
• - Notary public OR
