Frank Kessie-Annor is a trained lawyer and tax professional with over 17 years of experience in both practice and industry. His legal expertise is extensive, encompassing litigation, contract negotiation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and corporate advisory services. Frank's academic credentials are impressive. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Qualifying Certificate in Law (BL) from the Ghana School of Law. Additionally, he earned a BA (Hons) in Economics and Law from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (MCIT). Frank's career includes a significant tenure as Manager responsible for Tax and Legal Compliance at Kosmos Energy Ghana HC. from September 2011 to January 2020. During this period, he managed both corporate and personal tax exposures and led efforts to achieve 100% regulatory compliance. In his earlier career, Frank spent a decade at Deloitte, from 1999 to 2009, where he held various roles, culminating in his position as Manager, Tax. He led numerous assignments advising transnational and local corporate entities on managing their tax exposures, compliance engagements, and contributing to national tax policy dialogues. His work spanned multiple sectors, including oil & gas, energy, mining, telecommunications, banking and financial services, and technology. Currently, Frank is a Partner at Primo Law Chambers, where he leads the firm's corporate practice area, client relationships, and projects. He is also a Co- Founder and Consultant at KKGO Chartered Accountants and Consulting, an assurance and management consulting firm. His role involves providing guidance on tax regulations, legislation, procedures, and tax planning.
