HR MANAGER

Cassandra is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (Ghana). She holds an MBA in Marketing from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), a BSc. in Business Administration from the University of Ghana and had participated in training programmmes on organizational development, team building and performance management. Prior to joining OARB Limited, she was part of the pioneering management team of Microfin Rural Bank Limited and responsible for creating and managing the first HR department of the bank.
